Fiction from the overworked, underpaid side of the American landscape. A new voice joins Miscreant Media.
CUT LOOSE is the debut full-length novel by Carl Conway, coming soon from Miscreant Media.
Conway writes from Shenandoah County, Virginia, with an eye fixed on work, exhaustion, survival, and the people who keep moving after the shift should have ended. His influences run through Cormac McCarthy, Charles Bukowski, and Breece D'J Pancake, but the voice is his own.
The novel is complete. Beta review copies are hot off the press, the cover art is nearing completion, and the final round of beta reads is next. Once those notes are in, CUT LOOSE heads to Kickstarter.
